Parcels of land and existing buildings for commercial use in key growth areas in Germany and Austria:
- Office and commercial buildings: feasible total area from 5000 sqm GFA
- Business parks: from 10,000 sqm plot and with minimum 5000 sqm feasible rental space
- Residential constuction: feasible total area from 500 sqm living space
- Hotels: feasible total size 80 to 250 rooms, budget to luxury (2 to 5 star category)
Risk Class
- Plots for development (own planning permission possible)
- Properties with vacancies or with leases or operations contracts about to expire
- Existing buildings with space to expand or that need refurbishment
- Properties with the potential to convert from other types usage into hotel or apartments
